The Toukley Lions Markets have been a long-standing community tradition for around 50 years, bringing locals and visitors together every Sunday morning.

“The fireworks were fantastic”, “lots of great stalls”, “a lovely atmosphere” were just a few quotes from people who attended the Canton Beach Foreshore Festival organised by Toukley Lions as a free event for the community.

Founded in 1967, the Lions Club of Toukley has proudly served the community for more than five decades, supporting local projects, charities, and community initiatives while continuing the Lions tradition of “We Serve.”

In March 2025, the Toukley Lions and Ladies Aux attended a morning tea at the Lake Haven Lions Renal Unit after they paid for 11 new TVs for the clients receiving treatment.
